For 26 years, Tina Lapp has spent her time focused on helping prospective and current real estate professionals thrive in their careers through real estate education. She’s held her real estate salesperson license in Ohio since 2002 and is active in many associations, including the Real Estate Educators Association, The Ohio Association of Realtors, and The Columbus Board of Realtors, among others.
John's 25-year real estate career has presented him with opportunities to experience numerous markets, gaining priceless wisdom and education instrumental in serving a variety of buyers and sellers. Seeing markets soar and crash encouraged and inspired his passion for this business, thus, developing his skill set as a professional REALTOR® for selling, managing, teaching and mentoring. John is one of only two holders of the DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor) in Arizona, a member of the “Program on Negotiation” at Harvard Law School, and has negotiated a project which landed his Signature on the planet Mars on July 4th, 1997.
Debbie Shields is the Designated Broker owner of Shields Regal Realty and has been teaching at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business for 15 years and is a current candidate for DREI. For over 35 years, Debbie has practiced full time real estate in Arizona. She was the President of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® in 2016 and sits on the Arizona Dept of Real Estate Educational Advisory Committee. Debbie has been a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee since 2015. Debbie was the 2019 Vice Chair and then appointed as the 2020 Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Forum. Debbie has been involved in the changes to Article 10 of the Code of Ethics and has heard and seen many complaints which brought about the need for the additional changes under Standard of Practice 10.5 of the Code of Ethics.
Candace Cooke has been involved in the real estate industry for 37 years. She is licensed in Texas as a real estate broker, certified general appraiser, and instructor. Candy is active in the Texas REALTORS® and serves on several committees at the local, state and national level of REALTOR® organizations. She is currently President for the Real Estate Business Institute, an affiliate of NAR and serves as Secretary on the Texas Real Estate Commission Education Standards Advisory Committee. Education is her passion.
Candy is one of the Senior Instructors for the Texas REALTORS® and currently teaches several “Train the Trainer” classes. As a member of Texas REALTORS® Professional Standards committee, Candy strongly believes REALTORS® need to always “do the right thing” which is strongly promoted in her classes. Candy was a member of the first class for NAR’s Masters of Real Estate (MRE) program and then completed it a second time. She believes you can never stop learning in this business.
Robert Kutschbach is the owner and broker of Carleton Realty, LLC. He has been serving the Central Ohio community since 1990. Bob has been teaching real estate as a member of Hondros College Faculty since 1989 and was awarded his DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor) in 2016.
